[isländisch »das verrottete Pergament«], in der 1. Hälfte des 13. Jahrhunderts entstandener Pergamentkodex, der die Geschichte der norwegischen Könige von etwa 1035 bis 1177 enthält (Konunga sögur). Literarisch bedeutsam sind die kunstvollen novellenartigen Kurzerzählungen (Thættir) über die Erlebnisse von Isländern am norwegischen Königshof.
